Any vehicle wrap, good or bad, will get attention. However; most people would prefer to have a good wrap with graphics that really stand out. This is especially important for our corporate vehicle wraps.
A few different things can be done to make your design really pop. One of the largest things that can be altered to fit your needs is color. Color possibilities are relatively endless. Choosing the correct background color(s) for your warp is vital to how your wrap will turn out in the end. I say this because some colors clash with certain other colors. For example, some blue hues will really clash with deep red. If you put something red on an orange background, it will easily disappear. Some companies will use clashing colors, and sometimes it will work to their advantage. So if your companies main colors are orange and red, don’t fret, there are still ways to make vehicle wrap design work for you.
One way to make things stand out is to highlight, or accentuate certain pieces of your design. If you really want your logo to stand out, a good way to achieve this is to put a drop shadow on it, so it really pops off the design. So, even if the background of your vehicle was orange, and your lettering red, you could outline the words in black, or drop a shadow behind it, to make it stand out. This can obviously also be done with non- clashing colors as well.
Another thing is to create something memorable. Putting something on your wrap that people will remember is a surefire way to draw more attention to your company. Whether it be an image that shows what you do, or an easy to remember catch phrase, this is a vital element to the design process of a wrap.
Lastly, sometimes less is more. Don’t overcrowd your design with too many pictures or words. If you add too much to your design, you may lose the attention of your audience.
