As some of you may know; I am currently in a few college classes at Miami University. One of the classes I am taking is an introductory class to management and supervisory. For our first project the focus is on insourcing vs. outsourcing, and opportunity cost. In order to do this, she had us do two major things. The first was to go out to eat at one of our favorite restaurants, with whoever we wanted. The second was to try to recreate what we ate at the restaurant at home. While we do that, we have to keep track of time and cost for each. Now, while all of this seems relatively unimportant and irrelevant… I have a reason that I’m telling you this. For my project I decided to eat at Chili’s Restaurant. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. It was simply fantastic. So I had to look up the recipe in order to make it at home. I found one at this website: (http://www.squidoo.com/chiliscajunchickenpastarecipe)
I will put some of the information from it below.
