Eggnog Punch Recipe

Having a holiday party? Try this holiday eggnog punch!

 

 Ingredients:

 8 cups (2qt.) Prepared Eggnog

2 Tubs (8oz. each) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed, divided

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. rum extract

1 cup ice cubes

Ground nutmeg (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. Mix eggnog, 1 tub of the whipped topping, and cinnamon in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. 
  2. Add rum extract and ice cubes; mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  4. Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping just before serving. 
  5. (optional) sprinkle lightly with nutmeg

 

*You could substitute the Cool Whip for Cool Whip Lite.

*You could place whole cinnamon sticks next to the punch bowl for guests to use as stirrers.

*Substitute 1 cup rum for the 2 tsp. rum extract.
