Business owner's are asked on many occassions questions like "what makes you stand out?" or "why should I choose your company?" For most the answer is simple "we have the highest quality product" or "we have the lowest price."
I have put some serious thought into this question and the answer isn't as simple in our industry. The competition in our area is sometimes rather cut-throat. We have had others in our industry do some unimaginable things to gain business. I discussed previously one example of this which you can check out in Buyer Beware that tells about how many others in our industry have used pictures of our work as their own (stealing intellectual property.) Just the fact that all the work we have and share is 100% our work I believe builds a trust and respect between buyer and business.
One other issue we have seen happen is some of our competitors do not complete all of their work in house (but they tell the customer they do.) They will bring in outside contractors to complete their wraps and not tell the consumer where the installers come from. This means they may not have the proper training or skills necessary to complete the wraps. They also may be purchasing their prints from an outside source (which could lead to issues later on, not knowing how the print was made, and what material/ laminate was actually used.) We work with our distributors and employees to make sure all work is completed in the appropriate manor (no cutting corners to promote profit.)
These are things to think about when you choose who to purchase your vehicle wrap from. We do always have the highest quality wraps- sometimes we have the best price (most of the time our price is competitive.) However I do not believe that price and quality are the only factors to a business- you want to trust the company that does your work.
