We are thankful for all of you!
Many of you have asked us why we chose the location we did or similar questions (why are you located inside Neff's Expo Center?) While we are not located directly off of I-75; our location could not be more perfect. Directly off of Rt. 4; we are centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati creating a wide-spread customer base that we may not have been able to reach otherwise. While that is one of the reasons we are where we are; there are other reasons that may hit home just a little bit more.
Bob Neff; the owner of Neff's Expo center not only provides us with a feeling that we are truly part of their family; but he welcomes all of our customers that way too. It is important to us that you feel the fact that we are truly family owned and operated to the simplest form of the definition "family owned." All of the businesses inside Neff's Expo center have that at home feeling; and it is vital to our business structure that we maintain that. Besides being an excellent business model; Bob Neff also means more to Scot Reedy (President) of Paradise Graphix than many of you know. Bob Neff was one of Scot's childhood art teachers. Not only did Bob see Scot's natural talents; but he believed in him. He believed in him so much that he offered up space in his building and company to help our company grow.
Moving your business from one location to a different one is a big (scary) step. Being at the Neff's Expo center has helped our company grow ten-fold and has helped us to provide our customers with even better customer service than ever before! We are eternally thankful for the Neff's and their hospitality and we look forward to many great years to come!
